A combination of Chinese oyster sauce and Korean gochujang (fermented red chili paste) pack this stir-fry with tons of complex savoriness balanced with a pleasing sweetness, while lime zest and juice adds brightness. Fresno chilies add a little heat that reinforces the spiciness of the gochujang; if you prefer a milder dish, use a red bell pepper instead. Serve with steamed rice.

Agree - a little odd.
This was an odd combination, but not bad. I didn't have oyster sauce so I substituted hoisin sauce. I love the umami spice of gochujang. It was very tangy with the lime zest and juice. I used crispy tofu, snow peas, radishes, and shallots. Overall, it was a quick and flavorful stir fry but I probably won't make this sauce combo again.

Combo was a little odd
C loved this, I thought the oyster sauce/gochujang/lime combination was a little odd. Certainly easy to put together.

My family said it was too "lime-y". I actually doubled the recipe but kept the lime the same amount as the original so I guess next time I'lll cut it even more.
