In this savory-sweet stir-fry, lightly charred broccoli contrasts tender, succulent meat. The pork tenderloin is thinly sliced before cooking, creating pieces with lots of surface area. We freeze the tenderloin, uncovered, until firm. This makes it easier to cut into thin slices. After slicing, the pork is coated with a cornstarch slurry so that when cooked, it browns well and develops flavor while the sauce thickens. Serve with steamed rice.

STIR-FRIED HOISIN PORK AND BROCCOLI
I made this with both boneless pork chops and boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced accordingly. The broccoli provides a nice crunch, while the hoisin sauce adds lots of great flavor. Fairly easy recipe to make. Delicious.

Delicious
We make many stir fry recipes, ranging from simple to complex. This was probably the simplest, yet very delicious! The freezer technique for slicing the pork is critical, as it really does give you the chance to slice it very thin. This coupled with the browning was a VERY big hit with the family. So I highly recommend this quick and easy recipe for a crowd-pleasing stir fry, but definitely freeze the pork first as the recipe suggests!
