Pork tenderloin cooks quickly because of its slender shape, and its mild flavor pairs well with a wide variety of ingredients. This dinner-on-a-baking-sheet is seasoned with a combination of caraway seeds (grind them in a spice grinder or with a mortar and pestle) and sweet paprika, plus brown sugar to aid with browning. Acorn squash and red onions get a head start in the oven, then the tenderloins are added halfway through roasting. The browned bits left on the baking sheet after the pork and vegetables are removed supply depth of flavor to a simple sauce made with apple cider, mustard and butter.

Turned out great, despite the issues with printing the page.
It turned out wonderful, very little work, though you did something to the printing and it's no better than selecting print from your browser. I wish you would go back to a streamlined print job w/o all the garbage.

Temperature too high for me
Squash got scorched in 10mi, so I watched it, then took veggies out after 30 minutes, and let pork go to the 20 minutes. But all the juices were black and burnt. Not sure if it was my pan, its for baking and it warped while in the oven :-(

Problems printing
For some reason you changed how the page prints and I with you can make these printer friendly like they use to be. Why click your Print button when it gives me the same results as going to the File menu on Safari and clicking print? And why are you now making me put in my name and email when I am logged into the site?
