These glazed chicken thighs feature an addictive combination of sweet, savory and spicy flavors. We first roast the thighs in a hot oven, then finish them under the broiler to caramelize the glaze. Use either apricot or peach preserves—whichever you prefer or have on hand. For easy cleanup, line the baking sheet with foil before setting the wire rack on top.

Easy and tasty too
So easy to make and it’s very tasty! I sliced the jalapeño as thin as I could and made sure each piece had a few slices. Served with mac and cheese and mixed veggies.

Super
Super easy, super delicious! I cooked the chicken on the barbecue, because it was a hot summer night.

Surprisingly tasty
Simple recipe, did not think I'd love the sweet coating, but it was spicy and delicious. Used a mandolin to slice the jalapeno. Spooned all the the gooey jalapenos on top of the thighs, leaving much of the spicy jam in the bowl for sauce later. Served with bulgur pilaf from Paula Wolfert.

Absolutely Delicious!
The recipe is super easy to make, and quite delicious! We really enjoyed the balance between the sweet glaze and the spice of the jalapenos. This one found a spot on our regular rotation!

Quick, simple recipe
Found this recipe in my Cookish cookbook. I didn't have any bone-in chicken thighs, so made some adjustments in cooking time. Used homemade peach-jalapeno jelly and followed the recipe as is, served with feta-cranberry couscous. The dish was on the table in no time at all.

My green chiles were not hot enough. It's an easy recipe, which I love. It tasted yummy.

Oh my what an amazingly wonderful and easy dish. I subbed skinless to save calories and fat (a recent weight watcher). The family loved this and already requested it made made again soon.

This is such an easy and delightful recipe. One thing I will try next time is to slide the slices of chili under the chicken skin before baking.

Perfect when you don't have time or energy for a time consuming recipe- or even when you do! Made it several times and we really like it. I am thinking of trying it with some hot pepper jelly hanging around my cabinet next.
