Tossed with a cornstarch slurry that also includes soy sauce, thin slices of pork tenderloin absorb tons of salty-savory flavor. For contrasting texture, we pair the juicy meat with tender-crisp bell pepper strips. The dish is finished with a sauce made from more soy sauce and honey plus a splash of rice vinegar, creating a perfect balance of salty, sweet and tangy. Garnish with sesame seeds if you like and accompany with steamed rice.

Great with a couple of additions
This is an easy tasty recipe that we've made a couple of times now. I've taken the liberty of adding some red pepper flakes for a little heat and some garlic and ginger for some extra flavour. Yum! Such tender delicious meat and ties well with the peppers!

Quick and satisfying
Comes together quickly and has a really nice flavor. We kept going back for more.

A keeper for the simplicity alone
But it’s also good. No leftovers after my family of four. Might look at doubling next time but will have to make sure I stay true to the technique of cooking in batches.
