Miso, soy sauce and honey make a savory-sweet, umami-rich marinade for meaty, fat-rich salmon. Some of the mixture is set aside and combined with orange juice and zest, creating a savory-sweet sauce for drizzling over the finished dish. While the fish marinates, the Broccolini gets a head start on roasting. Then once the quick-cooking salmon is added, the traybake is nearly done. Serve with steamed rice, and perhaps a leafy green salad alongside.

Perfect
Easy peasy , flavorful and versatile , I used with haricot vert and prepared the same way Sprinkled green onions and Toasted sesame seeds and it looked as delicious as it tasted ! Added brown rice as a side and a salad with ginger dressing for an easy complete Asian dinner !

Delicious!
I made this (for one) last evening - just scaled it down for one person. I really enjoyed this recipe and will make it again and again. Don’t miss out on the orange zest, I sprinkled the salmon with a little as well, it quietly brightened up the glaze. It’s a keeper!

Family finally sold on salmon dinner
Everyone eats this. We have exactly one seafood dinner that everyone eats and this is it. If you can't have miso - you can leave it out and this recipe turns out fine. I have also left out the miso and added in 2tsp-1tbsp of mirin and reduced the honey. Final tip, use hot honey.
